The Neighborhood Feel of Laurel District

The Laurel is popular with all demographics, from empty nesters to professional couples and families with young children. Due to its affordability, the Laurel has been considered a starter neighborhood, but often residents remain for decades, having fallen in love with the convenience and charm and sense of community.

During the recent real estate boom, the Laurel experienced a lot of turnover; several homes changed hands to the next generation. Today you can feel the positive impacts of renewed energy and pride of ownership.  The influx of energized homeowners has vastly improved the appearance of this already charming little district.
