Step 1:

During our first meeting we will have a candid conversation about your home and your home selling plans.  Having the opportunity to meet one another will ensure that I have a clear understanding of your needs and timelines.  I will also ask you to show me your home and share all of the things you love about it.

 Step 2:

During our second meeting I will present to you a full Market Value Analysis,  Marketing Presentation and list of recommended Market Preparations.  

  • Preparations such as repairs, improvements,  pre-inspections and budget.
  • We will create a detailed calendar that fits YOUR schedule. 
  • Discuss a Pricing Strategy and Market Timing.
  • Go over a full Marketing Plan.
  • Cover the costs associated with selling your home.
  • How we will handle offers and negotiations.
  • Discuss what happens once we are in contract.
