Homes typically range from 2-4 bedrooms and long time residents commonly provide in-law studios to graduate students and visiting professors.  There’s a lovely network of often steep footpaths that meander between the homes of the North Berkeley Hills. Each summer, there are Ashby Stage productions in the classic stone amphitheater of John Hinkle Park as well as at an assortment of the local “mini-parks” that dot the area.
